Our goal is to provide exceptional care to all our patients, and to do so, we need to maintain an efficient appointment schedule. To help us serve you and others better, we have implemented a policy regarding missed and rescheduled appointments.

Rescheduled Appointments

We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Providing us with sufficient notice allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

  • Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the relevant consultation price may be applied.
  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency or an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without applying the fee.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need it. Without adequate notice, other patients miss the opportunity for care.

  • Notification Period: Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Missed Standard Appointment Fee: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the relevant consultation price will be charged to your account.
  • Missed Initial Consultation Appointment Fee: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a fee of the relevant consultation price will be charged to your account.
