We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Providing us with sufficient notice allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need it. Without adequate notice, other patients miss the opportunity for care.
